Sandra is a Level 3 qualified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, supporting people of all abilities to build strength, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits. She has worked with a wide range of clients, from beginners taking their first steps into fitness to more experienced individuals looking to progress their training.
Sandra has extensive experience delivering one-to-one personal training, motivating group fitness sessions, and leading fitness retreats. Her group sessions are inclusive, energetic, and results-focused, while her one-to-one coaching is highly personalised, with an emphasis on correct technique, progression, and accountability. When working on fitness retreats, Sandra creates supportive and inspiring environments that encourage both physical challenge and mental reset.
